Does Parallel Reader work on Mac OS and Windows?
We currently support Mac OS Sequoia 15 and up. We are working on adding support for Windows.
What languages are supported?
We currently support English and Spanish, and are working to introduce Cantonese Chinese, Japanese, and French. If you have a language you’d like us to add, please reach out!
How private is my data?
We treat the privacy of your data with utmost respect. Any OCR that is performed is run locally, meaning we cannot see your visual data. We do make calls to OpenAI to process texts for grammar, spelling, translation, etc. However, we do not store your data beyond what is needed to make these calls to OpenAI and deliver you the results.
